This is a beautiful semi-sweet wine made in Georgia but using the traditional method. It pairs perfectly with a rich, sweet dessert but would also work well with a flavourful starter like liver pate. There's lots of green apples but also yeast complexity. The lively bubbles make this delightful to pour and drink.
